Easy Setter

  • Alignment device is developed to save sheet setting time and minimize sheet loss

  • It is the device to handle it easily to avoid sheet loss while setting

Core Cutter

Pull Roll (Cell Roll)
  • Pulling roll has a function of pulling the glued sheet. It is also replaceable according to cell size

  • Air cylinder pulls the roll for delivering the laminated sheets without slip

Core Cutter
  • Cutting thickness 8-100mm (option: 6-100mm)

  • Endless core production.

  • Not only ENDLESS CORE but also BLOCK CORE STICK can be produced (option).

  • Thicknesses of honeycomb cores are adjusted for main touch panel and sub-controller

  • Cutting is controlled by Servo motor

Vibration Absorption Program

Core Stick Function -Option

Notching Unit

  • While endless honeycomb core is delivered into stacking place, rotating saw makes U-groove line at bottom side of honeycomb core.

Core Lifter -Option

  • Core stand-by for board production.

  • It is the unit that stacks Core or Insert Core into laminating unit to produce honeycomb board.

Core Expander & Inserter

  • Continuous core feeding

  • Magnetic guide bars can be easy-adjustable as per required panel width

  • Preheating by Near Infrared Heater

Gluing Unit

  • Expanded core is glued at top and bottom sides

  • Less glue consumption

  • Less water consumption

  • Fast cleaning time

Pressing Unit

EPC (Edge positioning controller) -Option
  • It is to guarantee safe sheet travel from start to end. If there is a trouble or problem during sheet travel, it corrects and keeps proper sheet position automatically

Pressing Unit -Module type
